Join Inner Work Tech to build the conversational intelligence at the heart of abeni. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, train, and fine-tune NLP models for empathetic dialogue, intent detection, and crisis-aware response routing.
  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure response quality, safety, bias, and user satisfaction across model iterations.

As a Full Stack Developer at Inner Work Tech, you will own features end-to-end across our React Native mobile app, API services, and cloud infrastructure. You will help scale a platform that serves users seeking mental health support while maintaining high standards for reliability, security, and user privacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain features across the abeni mobile app (React Native) and backend services (Node.js).
  • Design RESTful and real-time APIs that support conversational AI, user profiles, and analytics.

As a Strategy & Policy Analyst at Inner Work, LLC, you will play a unique dual role during a pivotal stage of growth. Internally, you'll use data to drive business decisions and optimize product and market strategy. Externally, you'll serve as the bridge between our company and the policy and regulatory landscape, ensuring abeni moves forward compliantly and proactively in the fast-evolving AI mental health space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Analysis: Lead internal strategy projects such as evaluating new market opportunities, user growth strategies, and partnerships; build financial models to quantify potential impact.
